I’m a sucker for lovely nightwear for both my girls. To be honest and for myself. It has really got cold recently and we realised the gremlin had quite a think duvet (oops). Warm nightwear and blankets have been a must!
I was recently contacted by Sense Organics to review an item for both Piglet and the gremlin. I was of course very happy!
Sense Organics have been selling beautiful, organically made clothes for 20 years, using 100% cotton and certified fair trade. The clothes aim to be soft, avoiding any harsh chemical treatment of the cotton, so perfect for little ones skin. They also offer a skincare range with the same principles.
So what did we choose and what was our verdict?
For the gremlin I chose a gorgeous pair of pyjamas, which retail at £25.99. You can see the details below:
The gremlin was dying to wear these as soon as she saw them. We ordered size 4-5 despite her being 3, as she is just so tall. The material is lovely and thick and will keep her really warm in bed. It is also really soft to the touch and I like the idea of this on her young little skin. Although, a little big for her, they are not too much so and will last her. They are quite costly but the quality is excellent and they would also make a good Christmas gift. The colours are also pretty Christmassy!
Getting my gremlin to stay still for pictures at the moment is darn near impossible but I think you can see how cute she looks and the stripey PJs look gorgeous with her dark hair.
For little Piglet, a beautiful rose patterned baby grow which retails at £19. See below for more details:
We picked 0-3 months with her but she is a very long baby, like her sister, so I am hoping she gets some good wear out of this.
Like the PJs the material is lovely and soft against her lovely newborn skin and the roses pattern is so cute, yet simple. However, the material is not as thick and I would recommend the baby grow for the warmer seasons, especially if going out and about, as it does feel a little thinner.
Overall we were really pleased with the items we received. They are quite expensive but the quality and design is excellent and kind to my little one’s skin.
Definitely worth a look for Christmas and those baby showers!
