Karma and Shine Clothing – REVIEW

AD – You may have already read my blog post about going to BlogOn Xmas and my sponsor being Karma and Shine. If not, this is happening and with BlogOn this weekend, I am pretty excited!

More about Karma and Shine

If you didn’t read the introductory post here is a little about the company.

Are you a fan of slogan tees and sweats? Original designs with a feel good factor? Then Karma and Shine are the brand for you.

As quoted:

“Karma and Shine is more than just a brand, it’s a way of living. Karma and Shine is all about looking life in the eye and saying “bring it on!” It’s about having fun and not taking yourself too seriously. It’s about letting karma take care of it whilst you get your shine on! Join us in a little Karma and Shine!”

There are a variety of tees and sweaters with some fab designs. They will suit anyone from prosecco lovers to those who believe in karma.

They are eye-catching, original and competitively priced, for men, women and children.

As well as a standard range, there is also a seasonal range, so you can get your Karma and Shine on for Halloween, Diwali and Christmas.

I mentioned that I would be reviewing some items and there would be a giveaway!

What Did we Choose?

We were very lucky to receive three fab items to review; one for me, hubby and the gremlin.

Item 1

I love slogan tees and although I love all the colourful items that Karma and Shine offer, I knew I would get the most wear out of a black and white slogan tee. I really liked the Life’s Too Short design which you can see below. It retails at £19.00 and is made of 100% cotton. Sizes start at 8 up to 18.

Item 2

Hubby likes quirky designs and he immediately was drawn to a white tee with a cockerel on it. I knew it would be his taste and was correct. You can see the design below. This retails at £19.00. It’s made from 100% cotton and size wise ranges from XS to XXL. Hubby chose a large.

Item 3

The gremlin loves her bright colours so I decided to go for a tee for her too. I loved this unicorn one that says “Those who don’t believe in magic, will never find it”.  It retails at £14, is made from 100% cotton and ranges from size 3-4 years to 11-12 years.

Our Thoughts

The first thing we thought was how vibrant and lovely the tees were especially my daughter’s. I just loved the design. My hubby suited his to a tee, literally.

They come in a postage bag, as Karma and Shine are not keen on unnecessary packaging which is great! I hate a lot of waste.

All fit but were slightly on the bigger side, so bear in mind. I’m usually an 8-10 but went for 10. Hubby is medium to large and went for large. So I would round it down if you want for a tight fit, up for a looser. They were all lovely and soft, as expected being 100% cotton, ethically sourced.

We decided to go and take a few photos at our local National Trust. Finding a spot to sit without all the people was fun.

I also like the fact there is a barcode on the label so you can scan it with a QR scanner app. This allows you to get full details of the product, origins and manufacture.

Overall we really love our tees. They are original, lovely and soft and make really comfy wear. Perfect for those Sunday trips out!
