Baby Dragon Fingerlings – REVIEW

AD – Baby Dragon Fingerlings; something else I knew my eldest would love!

I’m quite fond of Fingerlings. We treated the gremlin to one when she really tried hard with show and tell at school. She got a Unicorn one and absolutely loved it! When we were offered a dragon variety to review, she was so excited!

What are Baby Dragon Fingerlings?

You may be wondering what I am talking about if you don’t have little ones but Fingerlings are literally little friends at your fingertips. From WowWee these little creatures are interactive and swing from your fingertips. They share how they feel and are very playful and cute. They react to their surroundings and respond the sound, motions and touch with cute noises and gestures.

There are many different creatures including unicorns, dinosaurs, monkeys and sloths. New to the collection are the baby dragons. These come in various colours and have different names. The gremlin has a lovely purple one called Kaylin.

They are aimed at children aged 5 years and over and retail at around £16.99. One of my pet loves with toys is they come with batteries! You can find them in Smyths Toys.

What Do Baby Dragon Fingerlings Do?

The baby dragon Fingerlings have lots of features. Here are the key ones:

What Did We Think?

As I said the gremlin had the purple Fingerling Kaylin and she was bursting to get it out of the packaging.

After Kaylin was realised my eldest had some fun testing her out. We tried some of the features as outlined above. I had a go and enjoyed blowing kisses at Kaylin, which is did respond too. She makes different sounds to the unicorn Fingerling my eldest already had, so this was lovely.

My eldest loved to wear her and rock her to sleep. I liked you could clap at her too and she would react. Little Kaylin makes some very cute little noises and we loved how she shakes her head and is so interactive. You do struggle not to fall in love with them.

Bear in mind they can keep making noises when you put them down, so it’s best to switch them off at the back if they haven’t nodded off.  This saves the battery and also makes you wonder where that animal noise is coming from!

The reactions can be quite similar though and I did struggle at some points to distinguish what she was reacting to but I don’t think this would matter to a little one.

Overall my it is very hard not to like these cute Baby Dragon Fingerlings. They make lovely toys, great for imaginative play and are so interactive.

They would make a lovely gift and thumbs up from us!!
