Robo Fish from Zuru – REVIEW and GIVEAWAY | AD

robo fish in the box

My kids love a toy that is realistic and comes alive! Don’t all kids? They are just so exciting and there are so many possibilities with the games and fun you can have. So mine were completely thrilled to receive some Robo Fish from Zuru Toys! In fact, we received a lot of Robo Fish! About 50 in total, so my kids went nuts! It was such a surprise to open the box to find so many fish in it!

We have recently reviewed Zuru’s Rainbocorns Puppy Surprise if you want to check them out too.

Robo Fish Swim in Water!

Robo Fish is part of Zuru’s robotic pet range, which is known as Robo Alive. They actually come alive when put in water! They swim around in 5 different directions. They are water activated and also change colour when they are wet. They can also dive up to 1.8m.

There are 6 different colours you can collect across the Robo Fish range and they retail at £8. You can find them in The Entertainer. They come already with batteries, which is always a plus for me.

They are aimed at kids over 3 years old and are great to play with as a pet or for a prank!

Pranking with Robo Fish!

My eldest and I had a giggle with the Robo Fish, as you can see from the Reel we made for Instagram below. I thought it would be better for you to see exactly how the fish work!

We did a couple of pranks. I filled the bath up with some of the many fish we were sent and got my eldest to come in and see! Then I gave her a glass of water and added a couple of fish for fun!

The Robo Fish are so easy to work. You simply take them out of the box, place in water and they swim! If they slow down, there are a couple of buttons on the side, you can press and they start moving again.

Our Thoughts!

We loved the Robo Fish and the kids bath with them every night! We have given some of our 50 away to friends and they love them too.

They are such a simple and effective way of capturing a child’s imagination. My kids named them and they are so easy to work. I like how you just dip them in water and they swim and change colour! It is also easy to get them working with a press of a button.

They would make such a good gift for a kid’s birthday or a stocking filler if it was Christmas! £8 is a good price for them and they are good fun to collect. I have to say, the more you have in the bath, the better. We had such fun with the pranks and it really was great for April Fools Day this year.

Overall Robo Fish were a great product to receive and we really enjoyed them. Huge thumbs up from us!
