Mexican Pizza Recipe

An easy, quick recipe perfect for kidds and weaning babies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Passata
  • 2 Tortilla Wraps Large
  • Cheddar or Mozzerella Cheese Grated (to taste)
  • Italian herbs or oregano Sprinkling

Equipment

  • Cast Iron Pan
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat the griddle pan on low and place one of the tortilla wraps on it.
  2. Add the passata and spread evenly with the spoon
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top
  4. Add the Italian herbs or oregano
  5. Place the other tortilla wrap on top and heat for a couple of minutes
  6. Flip over and cook the other side until brown or cheese melted inside
  7. Cut with a pizza slicer and serve with salad
