Firsts 🤣😈 I had a sixth sense that when @kelseeeycraven came to stay she would want me to do something mad! I thought piercing but no matching smiley face tattoos! 😀 so in my 40th year I have been inked for the first time! It didn’t hurt too much, it is going to make me smile forever and @kelseeeycraven love you long time ❤️❤️❤️ not telling anyone our plans has almost driven me nuts !!

Arianna 🥹 not going to lie shed a few tears making this reel. End of an era. Leaving Primary School and heading for high school. She smashed her SATs and had a lovely report. I’m definitely seeing glimpses of the teenage years 😬, she’s truly bonkers and annoying 🤣but I’m also proud of the emotionally mature, independent girls she is becoming. She is so ready for high school and I’m so proud of her. Love you so much my darling girl ❤️

Progress 👍 🏋️‍♂️

Swipe to look back 3 years ish ago. Not long out of a pandemic, stress, not really at the gym properly. Still doing more cardio. Not eating enough! 3 young kids and juggling it all.

Fast forward to now. Joined a new gym. Started to realise I wanted to gain some weight, some muscle, focussing on more strength training, more protein, more calories! And I feel great!

I still run but less, focus on 10k plus steps a day and make sure I’m eating enough. Nope I don’t track often but monitor how I feel, my weight now and then and how well I recover.

All I’d say is I wish I’d done this in my 20s and not late 30s but it is never too late!!

Just a fabulous 36 hours in London at Christmas with my beautiful best friend @rachakussaibati ❤️ 30,000 steps, ice cream at -1deg 🤣, heaving crowds, STUNNING Christmas lights, a tonne of Arabic food, not a lot of sleep (snoring 😈), shopping, The Lion King front row seats and a mad dash for a train home 🤣

All in all an epic weekend ❤️ and one for the memory bank 🥰
