I’m Sarah, 35 years old and I live in Solihull, West Midlands.
Wife to Chris for 8 years and Mummy to my gorgeous little 7 year old daughter who was affectionately known as the gremlin but more “my eldest” now. My second amazing little girl appeared in 2016 and is now 4 years old; my “middley”.
We had a bit of a lovely surprise with the little guy, who appeared this year but our family is complete and we are very happy, when not going insane with three kids! Hard to believe now he is almost 2.
I’m a Dietitian when working, 3 days part-time, in quite a specialist area; inherited metabolic disorders. You can read about when I went on one of patient’s my specialist diets for a week; it was a challenge! I love being at home with the girls but think deep down, I need to be a working Mummy for them and myself.
I started blogging in 2015, as I felt I had no proper hobbies apart from the gym. I love to write and wanted to share my parenting journey; turns out babies and blogging are quite similar! I have never looked back; from the friends I have met, being featured on Mumsnet and been given some fabulous opportunities. Blogging is a massive part of family life and my husband really enjoys writing for me too and the photography.
As a blogger, I’m honest, I’m frank and I’m rarely serious. As a Mother I think it is impossible to be so. I love to share the good, the bad, the funny and the downright grimness of being a parent and I hope you enjoy sharing our journey.
I am a fitness nut and will try any new exercise craze. I live in the gym 3-4 times a week. I love to share my tips and motivation for fitness and want to world to love to keep fit as much as I do.
I never thought I would find my hobby until I was introduced to scrapbooking 2 years ago and I now I am completely addicted. Crafting is a fabulous way of preserving memories and also a great way to relax. Although, I find less time with two girls, I still scrapbook when I can.
Thanks for visiting my blog, Run Jump Scrap. I really hope you enjoyed looking around and having a read.
