This week’s word has to be dress!! I’m so sick of not being able to buy clothes for myself with this huge 33 week pregnant bump! However, the gremlin keeps getting offered all these gorgeous clothes to review – mainly dresses!
When we were given the chance to review something from the Rockin’ Baby range it was another resounding yes.
Rockin’ Baby sells slings and clothes for children but have the moto – You Buy, We Give. Slings and children’s clothing are donated all over the world for those living in poverty.
They work in partnership with Child Fund International and for every piece of clothes sold from this season’s wear an item from their “hero” collection will be gifted to child in need from 30 countries. This obviously a great initiative.
We were sent an item from the Nautical kids range; this gorgeous white dress with beach huts all around the bottom. It also has an adorable red belt and I love the neckline on it. It is made of 100% cotton and has a lined skirt. In short it is beautiful.
It is so white (!) so I hung it in the wardrobe for a while as didn’t dare put the gremlin in it for fear of a stain. But hey! Kids are kids and she had to wear it eventually.
After a bad night with the gremlin coughing we decided to just venture to the park with a picnic and also spend some time just chilling in the garden. I got my lovely hubby to take some piccys of the gremlin in her for me and here are the best. As you can see, she looks gorgeous and loved the dress.
Overall, we were really impressed. The item from the collection was beautiful; a great fit and lovely quality. The ethos of the company makes a purchase from them even more worthwhile.
