What I Loved in November | AD

Another month has passed and we are getting closer and closer to Christmas! Hard to believe November has passed so quickly but it is one of my favourite times of the year, so it never surprises me when the time flies.

We have been crazy busy this month and these are some of the things I have loved!

My Birthday

My birthday did feel like quite a long celebration and we did some amazing things.

The Tuesday before we went to see London Grammar in Nottingham, which was absolutely brilliant. A band I have loved since my eldest was born and it was the first concert we went to since the pandemic. It was well organised, amazing music and a great atmosphere – so glad we went.

My actual birthday was also pretty chilled. I had some amazing presents and hubby and I went out for food.

Running a 10K

My friend and I decided to (well she was kind of roped in) to running a 10K. I hadn’t done that for years and my friend had never ran that far! It was a brilliant day. We did it and it felt like a great achievement. Hoping we can sign up for another next year.

Hubby and I Went Away

It had been quite a while since my husband and I had got a break. I think since we went and climbed Mount Snowdon in the summer, so we were definitely ready for it! We went and stayed in a hotel in Telford and went and explored Ironbridge and all the museums surrounding. It was a beautiful place, quiet and we walked a long way. We also did a lot of chilling and resting. Very needed!

I usually get a bit off a crazy urge to start sorting out around this time of year and this year has been no exception. We decided to get the hallway/old dining area decorated and then went with the kitchen too. Both are now a different shade of grey and we wallpapered too! I’m really happy with it all and we managed to get it done before Christmas.

New Clothes

I always love a few new bits from Femme Luxe and this month was of course no exception. I chose 4 items and you can see below.

The first was this Red With White Stripe Lounge Wear Set from the Loungewear Sets Collection.

It now retails at £14.99 and comes in sizes 6-14. Perfect for chilling at home.

The second item I chose was this Teal Oversized Split Side Knitted Jumper from the Jumpers Collection.

It retails at £17.99 but is currently out of stock, as this was published, so keep an eye out!

The third item I chose was this Purple Tie Dye Oversized Sweatshirt Co-ord from the Co-ords Collection. It too is currently out of stock so keep an eye out!

The final item was from the Gilets Collection.

I can’t believe Christmas is coming and I will be soon rounding up December!
