Sometimes with mobile smartphones pretty much doing everything, including telling us the time, we forget about wearing a watch. I love watches and have a good few I wear (when not wearing my FitBit).
I was introduced to Jord Watches by members of the fellow blogging community and when hubby was offered one to review, we were very keen. This watch design company will really provide you with a really unique watch.
Jord watch designers are focused on producing timepieces that fit the modern lifestyle and all are hand crafted wooden watches, using a range of woods, including ebony, bamboo and olive. They offer both women’s watches and men’s watches.
The wooden concept was quite interesting to me, as I was expecting a heavy timepiece when it arrived. This was not the case. It was really light on the wrist. The timepiece is wooden throughout and beautifully crafted.
Hubby chose the fieldcrest dark sandalwood wooden watch. This retails at $139 and you can see how beautiful it is below.
The dark wood looks brilliant with different clothing styles. It is a really cool watch. Hubby usually wears digital watches but was keen on this analogue style.
We even thought it looked pretty cool near our Christmas lights!
