Anyone who knows me and my blog knows I am a huge lover of fitness. As a dietitian this does come as part of the territory and my interest in fitness and nutrition was why I became a dietitian. During these uncertain Covid times, fitness has really helped my mental health. It’s kept me going and kept me fit. When I’m stressed I feel like I can’t sleep and eat, so exercise is such brilliant way of calming down and keeping any of my anxieties at bay. It seemed fitting when creating my Christmas Gift Guides, that creating a Fitness Lovers Gift Ideas Guide would be a good move. So here we are.
Like some of my other gift guides this year, there is a giveaway at the end of the post, so check this out too!
