Piglet has arrived and I need clothes.
Although I will not be purchasing a new pair of jeans until I am back at the gym I have already been browsing the shops and planning what I would like to buy for autumn and winter. I really missed shopping when pregnant and pretty much lived in stretchy dresses, leggings and vest tops!
All the way through the pregnancy I wistfully browsed online and looked in the shop windows just in case something would fit me.
This never happened!
I was much bigger with Piglet than the gremlin bump wise and therefore nothing was really fitting me at all! I had some regular panics when I realised bras and maternity clothes were in the wash and I had nothing to wear.
My pre-pregnancy style tended to be leggings, skinny jeans, tees, jumpers a pretty tops! Though I liked dressing up too. As the gremlin was older hubby and I had some night’s out and weekends away.
Black Friday is fast approaching once again and I will hopefully be looking for some deals with some of the big fashion stores to kit myself out for the season. The 25th November is not long after my birthday. Hint hint! I love getting some Black Friday Deals, especially with the C word around the corner!
Now I also have 2 children to buy for, I guess I better get planning and shopping.
What about you? Do you love a good bargain on Black Friday?

I can’t wait for baby to come so I can start wearing nice clothes again, I’m so sick of leggings and stretchy tops! Ohh I love a good bargain too and, like you said, with 2 kids to buy for will need to find all the discounts I cxn xx #TwinklyTuesday
You looks gorgeous in all your pics and I just love that last outfit. Ooh I didn’t know Black Friday was coming. I might save myself for a splurge 🙂
Oooh yes I love Black Friday! Can’t beat a bargain. Although I never seem to have any money left over for myself these days – children are very high maintenance! 😉 #TwinklyTuesday
Black Friday sounds like a good opportunity to get some clothes for yourself. It is so frustrating when you can’t find anything suitable in the wardrobe. I ended up buying huge amounts of nursing tops after I had Sophie – three years on and I still end up wearing them because if I didn’t I’d find myself with nothing to wear half the time. Maybe I should try and take advantage of Black Friday too! 🙂
Hahah I love that you included a semi naked pic! You still look amazing tho…so no need to get the sacks out just yet! Won’t be long til those skinny clothes fit you again. I am a chubber (as you know) and i live in stretchy dresses and leggings! You’re a nutter for going shopping on black friday tho…! I LOVE shopping but that is alas a step too far for me! 😀 #TwinklyTuesdays
I’ve just been shopping for maternity clothes as I’m fed up with feeling uncomfortable – dungarees are the best thing ever! #twinklytuesday
