Anti-Bacterial Slime from Canal Toys – REVIEW and GIVEAWAY | AD

anti-bacterial slime

My girls love slime! I’m not always such a fan when I find it stuck to my carpet but I always end up letting the girls have more. I must admit it is quite fun to play with and quite therapeutic!! I knew the girls would be thrilled to receive some more slime and I was really intrigued to hear about some new Antibacterial Slime from Canal Toys.

Hygiene has gone through the roof over the last 12 months and the Covid-19 pandemic. It is all we hear about. Wash your hands. Alcohol gel your hands and wear your masks. For so many children, this will have been a big change and something to get used to. It’s been tough for us all and I think it will be something we are perhaps a lot more conscious of, as time passes.

For some children this has generated a lot of worry and anxiety about germs and hand hygiene and I was interested to see if this Anti-bacterial slime would be able to help with this.

Anti-Bacterial Slime – More About The Product!

Anti-bacterial Slime from Canal Toys is a unique product, the first of its type in the market, a child-safe, anti-bacterial slime that kills 99.9% of germs! Use over and over, the anti-bacterial properties last up to 1 month. Alcohol-free too!

This product is so innovative for younger children who perhaps struggle with constantly hand gelling their hands, can’t reach the dispensers or simply don’t want to! Keep a tub of this Anti-bacterial slime in your pocket and you are sorted for your little ones.

Plus it is a great fun too.

Anti-bacterial slime comes in single tubs that RRP at £2.99 and 4 packs for £9.99. These can be found on Amazon and at Smyth’s Toys.

Our Thoughts

The slime was really cold to the touch when we opened it but my girls loved it, as always! It was really gloopy! I expected a strong smell with it being anti-bacterial but this wasn’t the case.

The girls could hold and play with it, like normal slime but with that extra bonus that it was anti-bacterial. It’s easy to pull apart and mush back together too.

So I have to make clear the picture I took below, had a little dirt in it, as the girls got their hands on it before I got enough photos. But you can see what the slime looks like and how much you get.

Overall I think this product is great and really innovative. It encourages hand hygiene but is also really fun for kids. Also slime can have a reputation of being a bit grubby and this is completely the opposite!

This anti-bacterial slime is definitely worth popping in your bag when taking the kids out and gives you an easier way to sanitise hands.
