Second Prize with House of Fraser

I was absolutely thrilled recently when Run Jump Scrap was runner up in the House of Fraser Kids Dress Kids Competition.

The memo was to let the gremlin pick an outfit and to take some lovely photos of her in the clothes. She loved the outfits and has worn them to death.

In return House of Fraser has kindly sent the gremlin 2 more outfits for her prance around it. They are by the fab designers Dickens and Jones and we were ooohing and ahhing as soon as we took the dress and little leggings and top set out of the packet.

I’m still loving the gremlin’s love of clothes, as she is so grateful when we buy her something. They are useful too, as I don’t just want to be buying her toys all the time.

I kindly roped “made” hubby take a few pics for me in her outfits, as to be fair he took the last few which helped us come second in the competition.

Have to admit it was a little trickier this time around as the weather has been horrific. We had one sunny weekend and got some snaps. Please come back sun! Hubby’s advice is also never work with toddler or animals when trying to take pictures (or this could just be my daughter). Getting her to stand still is just a complete joke!

Despite this, she loved running around the garden and flouncing around in the beautiful clothes.

Have to say the gremlin definitely prefers her dress and looks at me in astonishment if I suggest wearing trousers. It’s as if there is no actual reason to be in trousers!!
