Before I had children I had no idea what it would mean to have children. Of course, we all expect hard work and being tired (it’s a given) but what I mean is how much I would love them. How much I would be besotted with them. It’s an overwhelming, strong feeling and it is completely impossible to prepare for, or imagine what it will feel like.
I used to listen to parents talk about their children, every detail and think I would never do that. Oh but you do! It’s like you are obsessed with them, these tiny creatures you have made.
It’s not just love and obsession but also how I would do anything to protect them. Protecting them in every sense of the word too; from the mean kid at nursery, from getting wet in the rain, to ensuring their delicate skin on their bottom is looked after with the right nappy. A nappy like Pampers.
Pampers – Made With Love in the UK
To me creating a nappy is like a science. A creation. So much thought has to go into something that everyone will need at some point during their lives. There are so many decisions as a new parent and choosing a nappy is one of them.
There’s a comforting feeling with a home-produced product. It’s like having a home-made cream tea on a UK holiday. It’s a warming and an almost safe-feeling. Pampers are #MadeWithLove and have been for over 25 years now, each given care and thought with our babies in mind. It takes 28 pairs of loving hands to make a single #Pampers nappy in the Manchester production centre.
Pampers – A Quality you can Trust
We all want the best quality for our children. The safest and most reliable products will only suffice.
Good quality means rigorous testing and checking. We want to feel secure in what our babies sleep in at night and secure in what we may leave them at nursery. Pampers check over 1500 nappies daily, by hand. They use 130 different test methods and over 24,000 different measurements. This involves 33 dedicated Pamper’s team members ensuring what we put our babies in is of the highest quality.
The Pamper’s newborn nappy is the only one to be recommended by The British Skin Foundation. No matter how many people tell you that your new baby is tougher than they look, you will never believe it. I know I didn’t. You want to wrap them up in cotton wool. You worry about putting anything on their skin. You want your baby to grow, wriggle and learn to crawl whilst wearing a nappy you can trust. Pampers know and understand all this. They put care and dedication into producing a nappy that is kind on delicate skin and protect for up to 12 hours.

This video also tells you more.
We all want the best for our children from the minute they are born to the moment they flee the nest. Starting them out with a nappy you can trust is a way to ensure you are giving them the best.
