Peppa Pig Cash Register – **REVIEW**

Peppa Pig Cash Register – **REVIEW**

The Peppa Pig Cash Register is a perfect way for Peppa Pig fans to really use their imagination and play “shops”.

My youngest has been a Peppa Pig fan for ages now. It seems like a rite of passage for so many kids. She loves to watch a little on my iPad in the morning and we have a few lovely toys, like the Peppa Pig Laugh and Learn Laptop.

My eldest and my youngest are starting to play a little more together, so I knew this till would be perfect for some role play fun!

More About the Peppa Pig Cash Register

The Peppa Pig Cash Register retails at £14.99 and is available at Smyths ToysArgos and Amazon. I have seen variable prices, so look around.

It comes with accessories, which I know my kids love. It also has a scanner and a working calculator.  I like the way it also has a bank card with a contactless beep (so modern!).

Batteries are required – 2 x AA but they are included which is great!

Like most toys it is recommended for children 3 years and up, due to small parts.

Our Thoughts on the Peppa Pig Cash Register

I let my 5 year old loose on the Peppa Pig Cash Register and we had a good play.

She loved how it came with accessories, cards and money. I really liked how the till was an actual calculator. I’m not sure my eldest has actually ever used one before.

She liked the chip and pin function on the top right of the till and could use her card to pay for things, with a beep. She also enjoyed opening and closing the till and giving me change.

The till and conveyor belt on The Peppa Pig cash register

The Peppa Pig Cash Register is a simple but effective toy. Both my girls love Peppa Pig and they also enjoy playing shop or incorporating a shop into other imaginative games. I always find a till isn’t played with in isolation but alongside other toys in a game.

Price-wise it is really reasonable and it does what it says on the tin. My eldest is 5 and she played with it for a while but I do think it may suit slightly younger children. The conveyor belt doesn’t move, so you can only place the food accessories on there which is fine but bear that in mind.

Overall I don’t have anything negative to say about the product. It’s fun, perfect for Peppa Pig fans and for role play games.

I know my girls will enjoy playing with it over Christmas!
