Mother Knows Best Clothing Range – REVIEW

mother knows best clothing range

AD – I am a total slogan Tee fan. I definitely have worn more of these since I have been on maternity leave and I need them! My weaning baby boy loves the rub his face all over me, so I am constantly getting changed it seems.I think as Mothers we need to wear something that cheers us up, keeps us sane, is funny, is fashionable and easy to slip on with a pair of jeans. With the Mother Knows Best Clothing Range, this is exactly what you get.

I’m loving getting back into fashion after having my baby boy and we are hitting autumn, one of my favourite times of year for fashion!

More About Mother Knows Best Clothing Range

Mother Knows Best was started by Laura who lives in Surrey, with her husband and son. Like so many of us Mothers, she realised very soon after having her son, that motherhood was life-changing.

She talks very candidly about her feelings on her postpartum body and even though she fit back into her old clothes after some style, felt she had a lost of bit of herself and style since becoming a Mum.

As quoted from online:

“From all that mammoth change and crushing self-doubt sprung Mother Knows Best.”

Our purpose is to support all amazing mums on the heart-wrenching yet beautiful journey that is motherhood. Money from our Tees goes to a range of charities from supporting post-natal depression to fighting for our maternity rights.

Mother Knows Best hosts a range of playful, ‘tongue-in-cheek’ Tees for stylish mamas out there unashamedly winging their way through motherhood.”

What Did I Choose?

There is a good range to choose from and all so relatable slogans. Naptime Negotiator, Tired Mum, Don’t Wake the Baby…

I knew immediately Tired Mum was the one! The little man has been waking more. My husband has been away a lot and I have been soloing with three. I knew that one was for me!

The tee retails at £19.99 and sizes range from small to extra large. I chose small as a size 8-10 and it is a slim fit.

The material is 100% soft spun cotton and can be washed and tumble-dried (bonus).

My Thoughts

I love my tee! It’s soft, fits well and is true to size.

Also it looks pretty good with jeans and I know it will work with my long skirts too as the cooler weather comes along.

I also love the way that some of the profits to charities supporting mothers. It makes the purchase just seem a little more worthwhile. Price-wise you are probably paying a couple of quid more than others but with the donation to charity, this is fine.

I also feel supporting small businesses is so important and when I can, I often buy something, especially clothes from a smaller seller.

If you are looking for something comfy, fashionable and so relatable as a Mother, check out Mother Knows Best Clothing Range.  I’d be hinting to Father Christmas this year!!

Nice that charities are supported. Adaption to Motherhood takes time. There are other life events, etc which take time to adapt to. Society, Communities, Individuals, etc may need to be encouraged to allow people the time, space, etc in order to deal with these changes in a way that is best for situation / circumstances / health and wellbeing, etc.

Kindness :- A tired Mum, needs Rest. Peace and Quiet may well be of benefit to her.
