Christmas is coming and this is the perfect time to do some Christmas crafting. When I have time, I love to craft and maybe do some scrapbooking. It’s just so hard to always find the time with three crazy children but prior to having my second little girl, I was always making scrapbook pages. I find crafting a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day with my little ones. It’s also a lovely thing to do with my girls. Christmas paper cutting activities can make some amazing things to get you in the festive mood.
I was always using my Silhouette Cameo to create some layouts, as it really helps to give your layouts the WOW factor using paper cutting. You can can find some really intricate and beautiful designs on Design Bundles and I will share some of my favourites and tell you about some of my favourite Christmas crafting activities.

Scrapbooking
For me, scrapbooking is my ultimate favourite crafting activity. I love taking my favourite photographs and bringing them to life in a layout. I usually go for a 12×12 size page, so I have loads of space to create! When choosing files for paper cutting, I usually got for svg cuts as they work with my Silhouette Cameo. There is also usually so much choice when it comes to cut files.
Having a browse on the Design Bundles website I love these cut files below. They are retailing at £11.41 currently. With some festive pictures and some beautiful gold embellishments, I can picture some fabulous layout for the festive season.
Christmas Card Making
What perfect way to be original and creative over the festive period? Make your own Christmas cards. I have a family member who does this and we always get some unique and very pretty designs. They also feel very personal and we always tend to keep, rather than putting in the recycling during our big Christmas clear up.
I love this pop up Christmas card cut file on the Design Bundles website. Retailing at £2.28, it is just beautiful and would be a stunning design for a card and would also double up as a decoration for a future Christmas.
Christmas Clothes – Christmas Paper Cutting Activities
I love the idea of making my own slogan tee or sweater. I absolutely live in them usually and always wear a Christmas jumper. The concept of making my own using a cut file is really unique and Design Bundles have lots of slogans and fun designs that you can purchase to make your own.
This cheeky slogan really caught my eye and is retailing at £1.52, which is a bargain! Now I would just need to do a bit of research into how to make my sweater, using the file.
Christmas Decorations
Making your own decorations helps to save money, is unique and personal and of course is crafty! One of the first products I spied on the Design Bundles website when searching for Christmas decoration ideas were these intricate decorations.
