Since Christmas has passed I swear I have been more cold than ever. I think during Christmas you just deal with it, as it’s part and parcel of the festive season. You’re meant to go out and freeze to death but as soon as January hits the cold becomes a hinderance and you do just feel COLD! This is then perfect timing to treat yourself (if you have any money left!) to some warmer clothes for the last few winter months. I have worked with Femme-Luxe Finery a few times now and had some fab items to chill in over the Christmas period. They have also helped me get out of my comfort zone after having a baby. I was hoping Femme-Luxe would be able to help warm me up a little this January with some warmer fashion.
What Warmer Fashion Items Did I Chose from Femme-Luxe Finery
My first item was was a Black Cropped Long Sleeve Jumper from their Jumpers collection. You could wear this with a vest top underneath in these cooler months, so as it starts to warm up, perhaps some high waisted jeans?
This retails at £6.99 currently and starts at size 6 and up to size 14. At first I wasn’t sure about this as the sleeves are quite long (as in the description) but it did grow on me when I wore all day. It was comfy and casual and didn’t show off too much stomach unless I lifted my arms above my head.
The second item was this Black Belted Long Line Hoodie Dress from the Hoodies and Sweatshirts collection. This currently retails at £15.99.
You could wear this with trainers but in this cooler weather, I definitely teamed up with a pair of jeans and trainers! Think I will have to wait until spring before the bare legs come out. I actually think I may wear this to the gym, over my active wear. It’s not too thick so enough to keep warm before training.
My third item was this Grey High Neck Bodycon Jumper Dress from the Jumper Dress collection. It retails at £14.99 and I chose a size small-medium which was size 8-10.
This was quite roomy on me, definitely another casual jumper. The neck looked good though and good for the winter months underneath a jacket or coat.
My final item was ok, not really to keep me warm but I liked it so thought why not? It was a Red Animal Leopard Print Structured Crop Top from the Crop Tops and Bralets collection.
It retails at £15.99 and I chose a size 10. It was a little big for me at this size but I am not that busty. I should have actually chosen a smaller size, as it didn’t fit fully which was a shame. I liked the colour and animal print though!
I know Spring is on it’s way (well I’m hopeful) so for now I’ll be looking to keep warm and snuggly in my winter fashion items from Femme Luxe Finery. I love a bit of warmer fashion!
